It is all in the preparation
It is normally essential to the success of any new business campaign that a targeted mailshot or e-shot is sent out prior to any telemarketing follow up. This can either be done by the client or by my strategic partner Marketscan Ltd, who can provide database and e-shot / direct mail services of high quality at reasonable cost.
I can either work from your own database or source my own at minimal extra cost. After an initial two week pilot campaign, which I would suggest to any future client in order to prove the results I can deliver, I am then available on an on-going basis.
I will keep you up to speed
During every campaign, my clients receive an electronic report of all appointments booked, contacts made, emails or letters to be sent and any other comments. On completion of the pilot campaign the completed database will be returned to the client with all appointments, hot, warm leads complete with all relevant call back dates and comments.

A 2-week pilot undertaken following up a targeted e-shot to Financial Services companies. The results were spectacular, with 18 appointments booked including:

"From an obsolete database I had to "profile" 105 companies in a 3-week campaign split between the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries to find the correct decision makers concerned and then managed to set 22 fully qualified appointments in that time, along with 12 short /med-term interest and 19 long term interest, as detailed below.
